Our office manager and also a licensed agent, Melissa has been with the BIG Agency for over ten years. With a background in Information Technology and Customer Service, she’s an asset to the agency. A graduate from the University of Cincinnati, she holds dual degrees in Computer Programming and Business Administration. She obtained her Property & Casualty license in 2013, and her Life & Health license in 2018. Most recently, Melissa has become certified to sell both Medicare Advantage and Supplement plans.

Melissa’s primary goal is to not just treat you as a number or just sell you a policy, but to help you fully understand your coverage and how your policy works. She wants to make sure that you have the very best policy with the coverage you need at a rate that won’t break your budget!

Melissa is a huge Dave Ramsey fan and hosted Financial Peace University in 2017. Melissa primarily focuses on sales of personal lines and classic, collector and antique automobile insurance. When she’s not at the office, you’ll find her at a local car show, baking up something delicious, or at the nearest country concert.
