We are an independent insurance agency that works with multiple insurance companies. Refunds, adjustments, cancellations and the like are at the discretion of the insurance company themselves. Any payments made to our agency are essentially paid directly to the insurance company. We are not responsible for changes in payments, premiums, refunds, etc. We will assist in getting these matters straightened out and answer any questions you have.
