At this time we do not have an estimate on when service will be restored. During this outage, ERIE will not call or email customers to request payments or other information. Do not click on any links from unknown sources or provide your personal information by phone or email.
During this outage you will not see your normal payments withdrawn via EFT from your checking account for auto, home, and business policies but life insurance policy payments will be withdrawn as normal. Policies will not cancel during this time and no late fees will be assessed.
